Chesna Y. Cokaliong
Managing Partner
Atty. Chesna Y. Cokaliong’s practice areas focus mainly on Corporate and Maritime Law.
Atty. Cokaliong is the Chief of Staff of the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Cokaliong Shipping Lines, Inc. She is also the Corporate Secretary of both Cokaliong Shipping Lines, Inc. and Cokaliong Container Carrier Corporation. Even prior to being a lawyer, Atty. Cokaliong has actively been involved in the legal affairs of their family businesses.
Atty. Cokaliong obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of San Carlos. Atty. Cokaliong ranked 3rd in her graduating class while being a full-time working, full-load student.
Atty. Cokaliong has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Major in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University, where she was on the Dean’s List for majority of the semesters.
Atty. Cokaliong is a member of the Cebu City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
Eric M. Menchavez Jr.
Partner
Atty. Eric M. Menchavez Jr.’s practice areas focus mainly on Alternative Dispute Resolution and Litigation, Labor and Employment, Corporate Governance, and Criminal Law. He has represented clients involved in civil, criminal, labor, and administrative cases, and has appeared before different quasi-judicial agencies and regular courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Menchavez Jr. was an associate at the Cebu Branch of Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz (ACCRALAW) for almost two years.
Atty. Menchavez Jr. obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of San Carlos, ranking 5th in his graduating class. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Velez College and is a Registered Nurse.
Atty. Menchavez Jr. is a member of the Cebu City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). He is also a member and a Trained Arbitrator at the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), a non-stock, non-profit organization that administers arbitration and mediation in specialized fields such as maritime, banking, finance, insurance, securities, and intellectual property.
Atty. Menchavez is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), a non-stock, not-for-profit national association of corporate directors and other stakeholders engaged in corporate governance.

Anna Danessa H. Valdez

Atty. Anna Danessa Valdez’s practice areas focus mainly on Civil and Criminal Litigation, Tax Law, Corporate Law, Real Property Law and Family Law. She has represented clients before regular courts, administrative and quasi-judicial agencies.
Atty. Valdez is a CPA-Lawyer. She obtained both her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of San Jose-Recoletos. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Atty. Valdez is a member of the Cebu Province Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
Ralf Arthur T. Silverio

Atty. Ralf Arthur T. Silverio’s practice areas focus mainly on Civil and Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate Law, Real Property Law and Family Law. He has represented clients involved in civil, criminal, labor, and administrative cases and has appeared before regular courts, administrative and quasi-judicial agencies.
Prior to being a lawyer, Atty. Silverio has work experience in the field of Civil Engineering and Structural Design while working full-time as a law student. He obtained both his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of San Carlos. He has assisted in the representation of clients on construction-related disputes before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission.
Atty. Silverio is a member of the Cebu Province Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
